Grounded Electrical Construction has been awarded the electrical contract for the new, 208,000 square foot, 6-story Health and Human Services Center for Morgan State University, managed by Barton Malow Builders/JLN Construction. This new facility will include: family and consumer sciences, medical technology, school of social work, school of community health and policy, prevention sciences and research and counseling services. This building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, and is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2024.
