Pentagon Centre - Parking Structure & Retail Building

Grounded Electrical Construction is performing electrical construction for the new project consisting of building a 7-story, 174,426 SF parking garage with retail space on the first floor. The parking garage will solve the problem of limited parking at the current retail facilities by adding 415 parking spaces, as well as additional retail. The project includes a secondary and communication duct bank, lighting, lighting controls, lighting inverter, gear, fire alarm, general power, and connections to mechanical equipment.
