Grounded Electrical Construction has been tapped to perform the electrical and site lighting work for The Collection in Chevy Chase, MD. The Collection will be renovated in phases to include upscale exterior light and controls, an outdoor amphitheater, fountains, water features, and new parking controls. Grounded Electrical Construction performed the electrical work at Casecades Overlook in Sterling, VA. Work consisted of completing the core and shell electrical work for one two story office building, seven retail/resturant buildings and one parking garage. 

Grounded Electrical Construction provided engineering and fabrication of upgraded lighting fixtures throughout the Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland.
