Westfield Montgomery, Corridor Lighting

Grounded Electrical Construction provided engineering and fabrication of upgraded lighting fixtures throughout the Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland. The work, which upgraded 90% of the mall’s lighting, included the installation of chandeliers under existing skylights and difficult wiring that was installed into the existing drywall ceilings. Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, Lot 17

Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to perform the electrical construction for the new 23,000 SF project at Lot 17 at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole. Services provided included site utilities, building service, site and interior lighting and fire alarm for the two tenant spaces, including Pier 1 Imports and Einstein Bagels.

Westfield Montgomery, ARC Light Cinema

Grounded Electrical Construction provided engineering of electrical work to the entire new ARC Light Cinema in Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland. White Marsh Mall, Generator & Switchgear Replacement

Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to replace the Mall's Emergency Generator as well as the replacement of the 13.2kv Primary Switchgear. In order for the removal and replacement of the generator, Grounded and its subcontractors had to temporarily remove existing mechanical equipment due to size constraints.
