The Village at Rockville

Grounded Electrical Construction worked on this complete building renovation consisting of (6) phases of construction. GEC supplied and installed a complete new fire alarm system, voice/data system, electrical systems including a new Pepco service and gear. The duration of this project was four years, where the building was totally gutted and remodeled through six phases, while remaining occupied. The building now includes a full working kitchen, (4) warming kitchens, a chapel, gym, conference rooms, hair salon, medical exam rooms, patient rooms, living quarters, nursing stations, spa’s, dementia care wing, media rooms, arts and crafts rooms and outdoor gardens with fountains, gazebos and lighting.
