Grounded Electrical Construction performed the division 26, 27 and 28 scope of work for Graceland Park #240 and Holabird Academy #229 Elementary/Middle Schools located in Baltimore, MD. These 2-story 94,332 square foot schools are nearly identical and are roughly one mile away from one another. The only difference in the schools is the building orientation, site work, and one has a fire pump. Both schools achieved LEED Platinum certification and are also NetZero!
In 2020, Grounded Electrical was the recipient of an Excellence in Construction Award from ABC Greater Baltimore in electrical construction between $5 to $10 million! Read more about the award here.
