Towson Town Center New Park Assist System & Parking Garage Improvements

Project Manager Mike Ferracci worked with Whiting-Turner and mall manager General Growth Properties to provide electrical improvements and upgrades to the Towson Town Center Garage in Towson, Maryland. The design build electrical project was based off of architectural finish drawings, sign/way finding drawings, park assist drawings and General Growth Properties specifications. The Electrical Scope included: upgrades to the entrance and stairwell lighting: power and fiber backbone for park assist system; excavation and conduit installation for new parking lot entrance signage – including data for park assist tally boards as well as power to new interior way finding signage in parking garage.
